In the early hours of a summer morning in Buffalo, New York, the life of 17-year-old Paul Humphrey was tragically cut short. On July 13, 2019, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Humphrey was shot on Briscoe Avenue. A male student at Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School, he was about to begin his junior year.
