John Shelton, a 28-year-old resident of Buffalo, NY, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2018. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the Shaffer Village housing complex in Buffalo. According to reports, Shelton was fatally shot following a dispute. The shooter, identified as Jose Crespo Garcia, a 26-year-old from Puerto Rico, was involved in an altercation with Shelton that escalated to violence. Garcia intentionally shot Shelton, leading to his immediate death at the scene.
