Timothy Goodwin, a 28-year-old resident of Buffalo, NY, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2015. The incident occurred on Crossman Avenue, where Goodwin was fatally shot. The Buffalo Police Department quickly identified Rashawn Austin, an 18-year-old from Buffalo, as the primary suspect in the case. Austin was accused of shooting Goodwin, leading to his immediate death at the scene.
