Stefani Aikens, a 27-year-old woman from Cleveland, was found dead late on November 8, 2025, alongside 33-year-old Marcus Byrd Sr. after a shooting on the 4000 block of East 104th Street. Police and emergency crews responded to reports of gunfire shortly before midnight, where both victims were discovered with gunshot wounds to the head. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
