Aavielle Wakefield, a 5-month-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on October 1, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was shot in the chest while sitting in her car seat next to her sister. Her mother and another family member were also in the car at the time. The incident occurred at East 145th Street and Spear Avenue.
