Edith Moore, a 74-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed in a violent incident on January 4, 2025, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The shooting occurred at approximately 3 a.m. at a residence on Randolph Road. Authorities reported that Moore was fatally shot in the head during a robbery at her home. An 18-year-old male, who was also present at the scene, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
