Death by Force

Torionne Chappmon, an 18-year-old girl from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on July 23, 2022. She was shot to death in a parking lot along with 19-year-old Charles Moore. Another 19-year-old woman was also shot but survived the attack. The incident occurred when two unidentified men exited a vehicle and fired dozens of rounds at the victims before fleeing the scene.
