On July 23, 2022, 19-year-old Charles Moore was tragically shot and killed in a Cleveland, OH parking lot. The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. when two men exited a vehicle and opened fire, resulting in the deaths of Moore and 18-year-old Torionne Chappman. Another 19-year-old woman was also shot but survived the attack. The suspects fled the scene, and as of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the case.
