Dawn Marie Welch, a 32-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on May 3, 2015. She was a loving mother to Kyron Welch and Justin and Jushiryon Welch Robinson, and a cherished daughter of Craig Kelly and Anna Welch. Dawn was also a beloved sister to Tiana Vaught and a treasured family member and friend who will be greatly missed by all.
