Jessica Coleman, a 26-year-old African American woman from Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH, was found shot to death near railroad tracks on April 24, 2016. Her body was discovered by railroad workers near East 83rd Street and Holton Avenue. The circumstances surrounding her death were immediately investigated as a homicide due to the gunshot wound found on her body.
