Briekethia Pruitt, a 39-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on February 9, 2025. Officers from the Cleveland Division of Police’s Fourth District responded to a call at approximately 7:26 a.m. regarding a person slumped in a car on Judson Drive. Upon arrival, authorities discovered that Briekethia Pruitt had suffered gunshot wounds. Cleveland EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.
