On the night of November 10, 2025, 34-year-old man Brenton Griffin was shot on Sunflower Street in southeast Houston, Texas, after what had begun as an ordinary Monday. Around 9:25 p.m., police were called to a home in the 4600 block of Sunflower, near Bellfort and Cullen, where reports of gunfire shattered the quiet of the neighborhood.
