William Ingram, 36, male, was shot while sitting in a vehicle on the 0–100 block of North Kilbourne Avenue in Chicago’s West Garfield Park on Monday, October 6, 2025, around 4:30 p.m. Responding officers found him gravely wounded; he was taken to a hospital, where he died.
