Alexis Perez, a 41-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 21, 2020, in Humboldt Park, Chicago. He was shot multiple times during an altercation that occurred around midnight in the 2600 block of West Potomac Avenue. The incident also resulted in injuries to three other men, aged 23, 21, and 34, who were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed that Perez died from his gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
