Miguel Zamora, 18, male, was shot late on the night of October 9, 2025, near the intersection of F Street and King Avenue in Tulare. Officers responded around 10:45 p.m. to find two victims with gunshot wounds; one was unresponsive at the scene and later died at the hospital the next day.
