On March 6, 2022, 65-year-old Randal Waine Ince was found dead in his home in Tulare, California. The discovery was made by Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies who were conducting a welfare check at his residence on Road 130. Upon arrival, deputies found Ince deceased inside the home. The initial investigation revealed that he had been shot, leading authorities to treat the case as a homicide.
