Pedro "Pete" Franco, aged 51, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2021, in Tulare, California. The incident occurred late at night when Franco was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the vicinity of G Street and Tulare Avenue. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The Tulare Police Department responded to the scene around 10:45 p.m. and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
