Jorge Munoz, aged 23, was one of the five victims in the tragic Pato's Place bar massacre in Tulare, California, on July 18, 1995. This horrific event is remembered as one of the bloodiest in the city's history. On that fateful night, Munoz, along with Roberta Nunez, Celia Martinez, Armando Lugo, and Margaret Moreno, was killed execution-style at the bar located on West Prosperity Avenue.
