Edwardo Cabellos, a 20-year-old resident of Visalia, California, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2017, due to a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of North Leslie Street, an area that had been experiencing a surge in gang-related violence.
