Henry Jacinto, a 22-year-old resident of Tulare, California, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2016. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Henry later moved to Reedley, California, where he worked as a cook at KFC and a barber at the Tulare Homeless Shelter.
