On July 18, 1995, Armando Lugo, aged 24, was tragically killed in what became known as the Pato’s Place massacre in Tulare, California. This horrific event took place at Pato’s Place bar, located on West Prosperity Avenue. On that fateful night, five individuals, including Lugo, were executed in a brutal attack.
