On January 10, 2021, 19-year-old Javier Soriano from Tulare, California, was tragically found shot to death in a vehicle alongside a 14-year-old boy. The incident occurred near Road 36 and Avenue 264 in Tulare. The discovery of their bodies prompted an immediate investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff's Office. Detectives worked diligently to gather evidence and piece together the events leading up to the murders.
