Roymad McDaniel, a 30-year-old Black/African American male from Anderson, South Carolina, died on October 12, 2025, after gunfire erupted outside Truth Bar & Grill on West Franklin Street. Loved ones memorialized him in local funeral notices confirming his identity, age, and hometown, while early reports from the scene noted that two men were killed in the shooting.
