Kevin Michael Howe, 32, male, was shot and killed on the evening of October 18, 2025, in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Around 7:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 6500 block of Bock Terrace for a report of a shooting. They found Howe outside suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified him as a resident of Washington, D.C., and announced that the case was being investigated by the Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Unit.
