In the quiet residential area of Oxon Hill, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on the afternoon of Friday, February 1, 2019. Responding to a welfare check, Prince George's County police officers found 23-year-old Nayel Shabex of Edgewater unresponsive inside a car parked on the 5000 block of Deal Drive. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
