Ja’Quan Nolan, 17, a male from Nashville, was shot and killed on the night of October 18, 2025, outside the Forest Park Apartments in the 6900 block of Highway 70 South in the Bellevue area. The violence broke out around 10:20 p.m. after a physical altercation between two females ended and several individuals opened fire before fleeing.
