On the evening of April 25, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Knoxville Police Department (KPD) officers responded to a call at an apartment located at 3210 Atchley Ridge Way in West Knoxville. Upon arrival, they discovered 49-year-old Nicole "Nikki Boo" Stewart Fanney deceased, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
