Albert Devontae Roy, 29, a Black male, was shot and killed just after sunrise on June 4, 2025, outside a residence on the 6500 block of Ashby Point in the San Antonio–area suburb of Live Oak. Officers called to reports of multiple gunshots around 7:30 a.m. found Roy fatally wounded near the home.
