A man and woman are found shot in the head and lying in a parking lot
On September 14, 1994, Steven Munoz, age 17, and Sheila Johnson were found lying in the parking lot of a car wash at 8323 S. Flores in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. Both had been shot, with Sheila Johnson being pronounced dead at the scene. Steven Munoz was transported to Wilford Hall Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
