Richard Dan Edmonson, a 48-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically found dead on October 16, 1983. He was discovered by a security guard at The University of Texas at San Antonio, near John Peace Boulevard and Loop 1604. Edmonson had been shot multiple times in the head, and it appeared that he had been shot at another location before being dumped at the scene.
