The incident occurred at approximately 9:50 a.m. when two female suspects approached Giddens. Witnesses reported that after the shooting, the suspects fled the scene in an SUV. One of the suspects was described as a heavy-set Black female.
Alfredo Giddens was transported by EMS to the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
