Manuel Rios, age 51, was murdered on August 1, 2016, while he was walking to a bus stop in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. in the 4600 block of Dietrich Road. Rios had been seen leaving his apartment around 3:30 a.m. before heading toward the bus stop. He was later found dead, having been attacked by unknown suspects.
