On September 15, 2016, Tony Alexis, age 23, was fatally shot during a home invasion in San Antonio, Texas. The incident took place in the early hours at an apartment on Northwest Military Drive. Two men broke into the residence where Alexis and a woman were asleep. The assailants shot Alexis and took some items from the home before fleeing the scene.
