On September 24, 2009, Evaristo Sierra, aged 31, was found dead from a gunshot wound at his home in the 12200 block of Maverick Bluff, San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. after a friend discovered him inside the residence. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots earlier in the day, and a gold-colored four-door vehicle was observed fleeing the scene at high speed with several black males inside.
