Leonardo Pollard, 25, a male from Lubbock, was found shot inside a home in the 1900 block of East Colgate Avenue just after 12:30 p.m. on June 13, 2025. Officers and medics transported Leonardo Pollard, 25, to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators with the Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit quickly identified a suspect, 22-year-old Jeremiah Lawrence, and obtained a murder warrant that evening.
