Majette, 27, a Black male, was shot in broad daylight on June 27, 2025, in the parking area behind Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral off the 100 block of Fife Street in Norfolk, as mourners were leaving a memorial service at nearby Metropolitan Funeral Home.
