Charles Anthony Moles, 33, a male from Miami, West Virginia, died on July 26, 2025, after he was shot during a domestic dispute at a home on Geneva Lane in the Miami area of eastern Kanawha County.
Deputies were dispatched around 1:22–1:30 a.m. after a 911 call reported that a mother had found her son on the front porch with a gunshot wound.
Authorities later said the initial investigation pointed to a domestic argument, possibly fueled by alcohol, that escalated into gunfire.
