On the evening of September 9, 2022, a sense of unease settled over the 500 block of Wyoming Street on Charleston's West Side. It was there that Norman "Nor" Sweeney, a 49-year-old man, found his life cut tragically short. Responders to the scene discovered Sweeney had sustained a single, fatal gunshot wound.
