Kiersten Renee Moore, 32, a woman from Portsmouth, Virginia, was shot to death in the early morning hours of August 8, 2025. Police were called at about 1:20 a.m. to the one block of Decatur Street, where officers found Kiersten Renee Moore, 32, unresponsive from a gunshot wound and pronounced her dead at the scene.
