Jaylin Theodore Hartless, 21, a male from Alexandria, Virginia, was found before dawn on Friday, September 19, 2025, lying beside his vehicle with gunshot wounds to his upper body in the 3400 block of Buckman Road in the Woodlawn area of Fairfax County.
