Angie Pegram Small, aged 41, tragically passed away on November 6, 2014, in Chester, South Carolina. Born on October 17, 1973, in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Marie Adams Yoder and the late Larry Gene Pegram. Angie was employed with the Chester Metropolitan District and was known for her love of reading and her support for the Carolina Gamecocks. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Donald F. "Trey" Small III and Matthew Gene Small.
