Lamarion Baptist, 19, a Black male, was killed in a shooting in Farmville, North Carolina, on the night of May 12, 2025. Police were called to a home on West Moore Street around 10 p.m., where responding officers found two men wounded by gunfire; one was pronounced dead at the scene. The Farmville police chief later identified the victim as Lamarion Baptist of Farmville and noted that he did not live at the home where the shooting occurred.
