Melvin "Junior" Waller, a 45-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on December 15, 2016, in Farmville, North Carolina. He was found barely breathing between Anderson Avenue and Bakers Boulevard, and despite rescue efforts and CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy confirmed that he had been shot to death.
