Kenneth Nesmith, a 39-year-old male, Black/African American, was found shot inside a residence on Christopher Road in the Kingstree area of Williamsburg County just after 1 a.m. on July 9, 2025. Deputies and emergency medical personnel responded and attempted lifesaving measures, but Kenneth Nesmith, age 39, died from his wounds at the scene.
