Keith Pelmon III, 20, a male from Penn Hills, was found late on the night of June 12, 2025, inside a car that had crashed into parked vehicles along the 500 block of Pittsburgh Street near Park Avenue in East McKeesport. First responders discovered he had a gunshot wound to the chest and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
