Cole Lepkowski, 26, male, was shot in his West Toledo neighborhood on the night of June 29, 2025, and died shortly after at Toledo Hospital. The Lucas County Coroner ruled the death a homicide caused by a gunshot wound to the head and recorded his time of pronouncement as 10:57 p.m.
