Krystal D. Robinson, aged 22, was tragically killed on September 29, 2012, in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers initially became involved when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of 18th and Campbell streets. Upon pulling the vehicle over, they discovered that Krystal had been shot. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, but succumbed to her injuries.
