Jennifer Causey Troch, a White/Caucasian female, age 41, died on August 3, 2025, after being found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a burning residence in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Fire crews were dispatched around 6 a.m. to 2 North Main Street, where they forced entry, located Troch and 54-year-old Michael Shores Jr. on the second floor, and rushed them to WellSpan York Hospital, where they were pronounced dead within minutes of each other that morning.
