Victoria Hicks, a 29-year-old woman from York, PA, was found dead inside her camper at the Indian Rock Campground on August 20, 2019. The initial report to 911 suggested it might have been a suicide, but the York County Coroner's Office treated it as a potential homicide due to the circumstances.
