In a tragic event that unfolded on a Sunday morning in York, Pennsylvania, 33-year-old Shaquana Graham lost her life in a double murder-suicide. The incident occurred on April 19, 2015, at a Quality Inn located on East Market Street in Springettsbury Township. When police responded to reports of gunshots at the hotel around 9:15 a.m., they discovered three deceased individuals inside a room.
The York County Coroner's office later identified the deceased as Shaquana Graham, her 35-year-old husband Donnell Graham, and 25-year-old Kristopher Pittman of Baltimore, Maryland. The coroner determined that Shaquana Graham died from a gunshot wound to the head, and her death was ruled a homicide. Kristopher Pittman also died from gunshot wounds to the chest, and his death was also ruled a homicide.
According to the police investigation, Donnell Graham was the perpetrator in the tragic event. It is believed that he entered the hotel room and shot his wife, Shaquana, and Kristopher Pittman before turning the gun on himself. Donnell Graham's death was ruled a suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. At the time of her death, Shaquana Graham was a mother to three children: a 17-year-old son and 13-year-old twin daughters. The case was investigated by the Springettsbury Township Police and the York County District Attorney's office.
